Each year, millions of transactions are safely processed over the Internet. Compared to other retail channels like mail order or storefront, Internet transactions are the safest. Proof read your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
If you ship to a P.O. Box with no street address, and you select a shipping method other than USPS, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground shipping, and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service. Appleton Harbor also reserves the right to change your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.
If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Appleton Harbor or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.

Shipping Times
Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day. Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM CST will ship the following Monday.

Canceling/Changing Orders
Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proof read your order before finalizing.

Refund & Return Policy
WASHING OR DEFACING ANY ITEM PURCHASED FROM APPLETON HARBOR AUTOMATICALLY CONSTITUTES AS NON-REFUNDABLE NON-RETURNABLE
DEFECTS: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Appleton Harbor will exchange the defective item(s) if reported within 14 days. Some items may have a natural flaw which is not considered a defect. Appleton Harbor will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.
Food products and candy are not returnable. Opened tea is not returnable.
You can return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for any reason (defects must be returned in 14 days). We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges.

If, we don't have a particular tea you're looking for, give us a call at 1-800-675-5258 or E-Mail Us, and we'll do our best to find it for you. When we find it, we'll call or e-mail you before we order the tea; tell you how much it'll be, an estimated delivery date, and to confirm that you still want it. Price: FREE for the search, regular price for the tea once we find it.
Local Office Tea Service:
Similar to the "Office Coffee Service" offered by coffee suppliers. We'll supply you with teas, brewing supplies and anything else you need. If you're not sure what teas to get, we can start you off with a sampler assortment and see which ones are the most popular with your staff. We'll stop by at least once a week to check and replenish your supplies.
